What the evaluation examines

The evaluator observes the worker performing their actual job tasks at their actual workstation, then maps the worker's anthropometrics and job demands to the physical setup: joint angles, reach envelopes, contact stress, monitor height and focal distance, chair mechanics, and work-surface clearances. Because the assessment happens in person, clearances, shared workstations, and environmental constraints are measured directly — and findings are documented as measurable before-and-after values, not impressions.
