Our Return-to-Work Consultants (RTWCs) serve as a bridge between your organization, the employee, and their healthcare provider—ensuring a smooth, compliant, and compassionate transition back to work.


 On-Site Job Evaluation

We begin with a workplace visit to develop a detailed job description, outlining essential functions and physical demands. This ensures all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the role’s requirements.


Gradual Progression Planning

We collaborate directly with the treating physician to design a customized plan that safely guides the employee from restricted duty to full capacity. This includes:

  • Functional Return-to-Work Assessments
